I agree with the other reviews that it needs a closure at the top to keep the iPod in place, but haven't had it slip out yet.Yes the screen is a bit hard to read because of the plastic used as a protective cover, but overall it suits my needs. This was a suggested accessory for the Flip Mino HD.The flip mino is too tall/long for this to close and will allow the camera to fall out essentially defeated the purpose of the item. It is a great case for a smaller object. Perhaps a cell phone or smaller camera. The magnetic lock on the top is rather weak, but when it comes to electronics, you cannot really be with strong magnets. If I weren't so lazy, I would've sent it back. Got this lens for Fathers Day.I love it.It is well done, and based on the comments of others Im seeing here, mine is much quieter than others with little discernable engine noise. (At least as quiet as my Canon lenses) As compared to the typical kit lens that comes with the Canon DSLR's, this lens is much crisper, and shoots well in much darker conditions. I have been shooting with this lens for 5 months now and find this is my new favorite lens to shoot with.The 85mm is a little bit too long for me at one point or another when trying to frame my kid in tight area.Ive done a lot of foot work since I got this lens. Just be prepare to do some exercises when you decided to purchase one if not shooting in a portrait studio. A small detail that I had noticed is that len is "Made in Japan", but the lens cap is "Made In Thailand." Can this be right? Nikon uses the lens cap from Thailand instead of producing their own to save money?.

I agree with the other reviewers who talked about the low light quality even with the flash on etc.Nevertheless, we never gave it back we bought a Adata Turbo Series MicroSDHC 8GB and magic pictures soon appear on the screen and much more easier.
